Our founder embarked on his first book-length translation project over 15 years ago while still a university student. Since then, he has co-translated six published books and completed a wide range of translation projects for diverse organizations and individuals.
In every project, we prioritize understanding our clients’ needs and always translate with the target audience in mind, aiming for accuracy, readability, style, and impact. We recognize the importance of timely delivery and can accommodate expedited requests when necessary.

- 线上会议通常可以通过Zoom或腾讯会议等主流平台实现，但可能需要额外设置以启用传译功能。
- 线下会议通常需要额外的设备（我们可以通过设备租赁公司为您安排）：
- 全套设备：包括译员使用的隔音同传箱，译员通过耳机听取讲话者的发言，并通过麦克风进行翻译。翻译内容通过无线电信号传输，参会者通过接收器和耳机收听翻译。
- 半套设备：类似于全套设备，但没有隔音同传箱。通常用于空间较小无法安装同传箱的场合。

We provide spoken interpretation services for conferences and events, both on-site and remotely. We offer simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, or a combination of both, depending on your needs. Below is an overview of the interpretation modes and the required setup. If you are organizing an event where multilingual communication is essential, please reach out to us and we would be happy to discuss and provide a tailored solution.
Simultaneous Interpretation (occurs while the speaker is talking, with no pauses for interpretation):
- Typically requires a team of two interpreters who alternate every 20 minutes to maintain high levels of concentration, accuracy, and completeness.
- For online meetings, this can often be done using mainstream platforms like Zoom or Tencent Meeting, though additional setup may be needed to enable interpretation features.
- For in-person events, additional equipment is usually required (which we can arrange through an equipment rental company):
- Full-suite setup: Includes a sound-proof booth for the interpreters, who listen to the speakers through headsets and interpret into a microphone. The interpretation is transmitted via radio signals to receivers with earpieces for the audience.
- Half-suite setup: Similar to the full-suite setup but without the sound-proof booth. This is typically used in smaller spaces where a booth cannot be accommodated.
- Audio guide system: Includes one or two transmitters connected to a microphone for interpreters, and headset receivers for participants. This setup is ideal for situations requiring mobility, such as factory tours, or for small groups in confined spaces.
- Whispering without equipment: The interpreter sits close to the participants and whispers the interpretation directly to them. This is suitable for situations with only one or two participants needing interpretation (e.g. from Chinese into English) and often involves consecutive interpretation into another language (e.g. from English into Chinese).
Consecutive Interpretation (occurs after the speaker finishes a segment of their speech, requiring pauses):
- Does not require any additional equipment or setup, whether the event is online or in-person.
- A single interpreter can perform consecutive interpretation but will need hourly breaks to maintain concentration and performance in longer meetings.
- The interpreter typically takes notes during the speech to aid in accurately retaining and conveying the information in the target language.

What is a Certified Translation?
Each of our certified translations consists of three parts:
- A Certification of Accuracy, signed by Mr. Cao, along with his contact information, a note on his qualifications, and his ATA or NAATI Certified Translator stamp, depending on the client's needs.
- A scanned copy of the original document provided by the client.
- A translation of the document.
How Do We Deliver?
We deliver certified translations in PDF format, allowing clients to use them electronically or print a paper copy if needed. If requested, we can also email the certified translation directly to a requesting authority. Occasionally, at the client's request and for an additional postage fee, we can mail a paper copy to the client or a designated recipient.
What Are the Costs?
We offer certified translations for common documents, such as academic diplomas, graduation certificates, driver’s licenses, and other identification papers, at an affordable per-page price. Academic transcripts and other lengthy documents are priced based on content and length. We will provide an exact quote and estimated turnaround time after reviewing your document. Payment is required upfront before we begin the translation, and we accept all mainstream payment methods. Shorter translations are typically completed within one or two business days.
How to Get Started?
Please email us a clear, scanned copy of the original document for which you need a certified translation. We will review it and respond with a quote and estimated turnaround time as soon as possible.
